Cosmino is a digital experience platform that offers live-streamed astronomy events, interactive telescope sessions, and educational content designed to make space exploration accessible and inspiring.

Our website may also collect interest sign-ups and token bookings for upcoming live events.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or registering for any Cosmino event, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or you have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

3. Event Access and Registration

  • Registration does not guarantee a confirmed seat if the event reaches capacity. In such cases, users may be added to a waitlist and notified when new seats or sessions open.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • Some sessions may require advance payment to reserve a seat.

  • In case an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will offer an alternative session or a refund of the booking amount, as applicable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days of notification.

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • All images, videos, streams, articles, and related materials on the Cosmino website are the intellectual property of Cosmino or our partners.

  • You may not reproduce, record, or redistribute live event content without written permission.

  • Participants may, however, share official event highlights or authorized content that we release publicly.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Disrupt live sessions or engage in inappropriate or offensive behaviour in chat or community spaces.

  • Attempt to access restricted content or systems without authorization.

  • Misuse our content, brand name, or event materials for commercial gain.

Violation of these conditions may result in suspension or permanent removal from Cosmino events and platforms.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

  • Our live streams rely on global telescope networks and environmental conditions; occasional interruptions or schedule adjustments may occur.

  • Cosmino is not liable for technical delays, image quality variations, or data connectivity issues on the user’s end.

  • While we strive for accuracy in all astronomical information, minor scientific variations may occur, and users are encouraged to verify educational content independently.

8. Data and Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We use contact details solely to update you about upcoming events, waitlists, and Cosmino news. You may opt out anytime.
